CSP (Customer Service Point), also known as Bank Mitra or BC (Business Correspondent), is a banking agent model under a Public–Private Partnership. CSPs bring basic banking services—like account opening, deposits, withdrawals, Kisan Credit Cards, Direct Benefit Transfers—to areas where banks can't maintain physical branches.
